the program builds on the cumulative experience of the SCM in bridging between civil actors in Syria, !enforces the orgazniation’s efforts to have a more inclusive civil society where actors from different ! regions (in Syria and in diaspora), develops the capacity of national civil actors, amplifies the sound of Syrian civil society on an international level, strengthens the role of civil society actors in the current and the future of Syria.
